We’re hiring a Client Success Executive to manage and optimise next-generation LinkedIn lead generation campaigns for B2B clients across the globe.

You will work directly with 20-30 B2B clients to define ICP targeting, build and refine lead lists, create and optimise campaign messaging, and run regular client strategy and performance meetings.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You must deeply understand LinkedIn as a platform — including how targeting, messaging, and positioning influence response rates and pipeline. This role is less about years of experience and more about mindset, commercial thinking, and exceptional communication ability.

Non-negotiables:

UK-based (must be physically based in the UK)
English as first-language
Marketing graduate from a top university
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Highly articulate, thoughtful, and client-credible

Ideals:

B2B sales experience
Experience in a B2B client-services role
Strong understanding of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, ICP definition, and outreach strategy)

Package:

Base of £25k - £35k (dep. on exp) + commission (retention + upsells) OTE £50k+
Fully remote role
Reporting directly to the CEO
High ownership and autonomy
Immediate start possible
