In this Role, you’ll get to:

Manage Trip.com's lodging connectivity partners for American hotels,.
Review mutual technical opportunities and issues, driving solutions from both the partner's and Trip.com's internal teams.
Develop plans with internal and external stakeholders to achieve various business goals from a connectivity perspective, including product competitiveness, service quality improvement, and business interruption reduction etc.
Provide effective connectivity training and support to Europe market management and operation teams.
Collaborate closely with internal product and tech teams to drive the development of connectivity technology.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in technical account management within the online travel industry.
Strong client-facing skills.
Knowledgeable in API integration.
Enthusiastic about travel, technology, and international business.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Technical skills in SQL and data analysis (preferred).
Mandarin is a plus.
Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship)
