Insight Global’s client in Reading, PA is seeking a Business Analyst to join a newly formed team dedicated to customer data initiatives. This individual will play a key role in translating complex, ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable direction, while ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support 3–4 concurrent projects as a Business Analyst, contributing to project planning, requirement gathering, and delivery.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and shared understanding throughout the full product lifecycle.
Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business processes, and workflows.
Utilize Jira to manage requirements, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams.
Facilitate communication between end users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business needs.
Conduct business process analysis, product mapping, and gap assessments to identify opportunities for optimization.
Produce high‑quality documentation, including process flows, requirement specs, and supporting analyses.
Translate ambiguous or unclear inputs into well‑structured requirements and actionable plans.
Support ongoing communication by delivering updates, clarifying requirements, and contributing to team ceremonies
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
