Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Hybrid: 2 days/week in office (Atlanta)

US Citizens and Green Card holders only

Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will productionize and maintain existing traditional ML models. This role focuses on taking pre-existing models to production. You'll work between data science and production deployment, making existing traditional ML models production-ready. This involves building deployment infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring model performance and drift, and maintaining reliable deployments. Requirements:

8+ years of Python development/engineering experience, including production deployment experience
Databricks strongly preferred (GCP acceptable as alternative)
Expert-level software engineering practices and infrastructure as code.
Experience with CI/CD tools and Git workflows
Understanding of data science principles and production deployment challenges
Knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and testing
Some familiarity with NLP concepts
This role is NOT building models from scratch or working on generative AI projects at this time
