We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Trading and Multi-Asset Trading platforms to join our team supporting Barclays in New Jersey.

Key Requirement:

15+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong experience in Trading systems / Multi-Asset Trading platforms
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading workflows
Experience in building high-performance, low-latency applications
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, and enterprise-level architecture
Experience working in large financial institutions preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with real-time data processing
Exposure to front-office trading systems
Strong understanding of system design and scalability
Ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment
Python nice to have
