We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Data Analyst (onsite) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Streetsboro, OH (onsite) Details for the position are as follows:

Pay rate $37hr based on experience
This is a onsite role
6+ months contract - (potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget).
Data & Analytics: Maintain, analyze, and identify discrepancies/opportunities with the use of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel, and Global Reporting Databases)
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within L'Oréal's CRM system.
Managing the inbound receipt of physical sample buy purchases
Keeping track of shipping labels
Locating receipts and order history
Recording data into Excel documents and internal databases
Data entry of all virtual scans done by sales team
Diversion entries into MBB for LUXE, PPD and LDB
Photographing all new counterfeits and submitting them to management
Allocating brand purchases to the Brand Protection Team
Making sure team is reaching goal monthly for all divisions
Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Data Analytics
Strong Analytical skills with an ability to manage projects and take initiative
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Needs to be able to commute to Streetsboro, OH 5-Days a week
Must be familiar with online ordering platforms - placing online orders Organized and have good record keeping
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential legal information
