Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to support customers, resolve technical issues, and contribute to documentation, diagnostics, and product improvement. This role requires strong communication skills in both French and English, along with the ability to analyze problems, propose technical solutions, and support internal teams.

Pay Rate: From $43.32/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday (Flexible start: 7:00-9:00 AM)
Travel: Occasional travel for training or customer visits; must be able to travel between the U.S. and Canada. Key Responsibilities
Record, analyze, and resolve customer complaints; gather required information and propose applicable solutions
Present operation and maintenance documentation to internal/external customers
Write diagnostic, assembly, and disassembly procedures
Provide technical input for quotes and submissions
Investigate and propose solutions for discontinued GE Grid Solutions products; test and industrialize solutions
Assist in identifying and materializing business opportunities
Review and approve technician site reports Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Technical Industrial Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of electrical networks
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office
Fluency in English and French
