Sage X3 Business Analyst/Project Lead – Make‑to‑Order Manufacturing

The role blends system functional expertise, business analysis, operational understanding and project experience to ensure that identified change projects are delivered on time, and on budget.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Significant hands‑on Sage X3 experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of make‑to‑order or engineer‑to‑order processes.
Good experience of MPS, MRP, and underlying master data.
Proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design.
Ability to write clear functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confident delivering training and supporting users at all levels.

Desirable

Experience with advanced shop‑floor data capture solutions.
Familiarity with SEI, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.

Personal Attributes

Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented.
Comfortable working across departments and translating business needs into system solutions.
Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Able to balance operational support with project delivery.
