Data Scientist / Applied AI Analyst

London (hybrid) | £40k–60k

We’re a successful specialist recruitment firm investing seriously in data and AI. We’re building a small, high-impact data team and are looking for curious, bright data people who want to work on real commercial problems, not just dashboards.

What you’ll do

Use data, NLP and LLMs to analyse sales and candidate calls
Turn messy, unstructured data into meaningful insight
Build predictive models around performance, engagement and outcomes
Create tools and dashboards that actually change behaviour
Help decide what to build vs buy as we scale our tech capability

Who this is for

You might be early in your career (1–3 years) and:

Academically strong (maths, stats, physics, engineering or similar)
Comfortable with Python/SQL and learning fast
Intellectually curious and commercially minded
The kind of person who builds things outside of work for fun
