About the Role
ChabezTech is hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer to work on our in-house AI and data products. This is not a client-side or contract role—you will be part of our core engineering team building, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions that power our own platforms and products.
You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from model development to production deployment, and work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world, production use cases
Build and integrate ML models into applications using REST APIs
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
Implement best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and retraining
Work with cloud-based ML platforms to manage the full model lifecycle
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in machine learning model development and deployment
Hands-on experience integrating ML models via REST APIs
Solid understanding of ML algorithms and production ML pipelines
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Hands-on exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure AI
Familiarity with containerization and MLOps practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8–12 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
