Looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help stand up and shape our internal DevOps practice from the ground up, while also partnering directly with external clients.

Experience

7+ years of Software engineering experience
4+ years focused specifically on DevOps
Background in consulting, ideally with a small or mid-sized consulting agency
Experience standing up DevOps processes or platforms from scratch

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)
Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
Monitoring, logging, and observability tooling

Communication & Leadership

Excellent communicator who can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable teaching, mentoring, and enabling teams — not just giving instructions
Confident advisor who can guide best practices while staying collaborative
