Job Specifications
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our organization in a hybrid leadership role encompassing CTO, Project Management, and Product Leadership responsibilities. This position will play a critical role in shaping our technical vision, managing project execution, and driving product strategy from concept to launch.
The ideal candidate will balance hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills.
Technology & Engineering Leadership
Define and execute the company’s technical strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, security, and scalability
Lead and mentor engineering and technical teams
Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
Define project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Own product roadmap, vision, and lifecycle management
Translate business requirements into technical and product specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data and feedback
Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Technical Lead, or similar)
Strong background in software development, system architecture, or engineering management
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Experience working with startups or scaling technology teams
Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern development stacks
Background in SaaS, web applications, or mobile product development
