Pay Rate: CAD$45/HR INC

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS to support the migration of legacy Crystal Reports to SSRS Paginated Reports within an enterprise banking environment.

The role requires onsite collaboration with business, data, and application teams to redesign, rebuild, and validate SSRS reports ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand existing Crystal Reports and migrate them to SSRS Paginated Reports with complete functional accuracy.
Design and develop SSRS reports using complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
Perform detailed validation of SSRS outputs against legacy reports; support UAT, defect resolution, and production rollout.
Integrate SSRS reports with .NET applications and manage report deployment across multiple environments.
Work onsite with business stakeholders, QA teams, DBAs, and application teams to resolve data quality, logic, and performance issues.
Ensure all reporting solutions meet banking standards, data governance, security, and audit requirements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET.
Advanced skills in SQL Server & T-SQL, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Deep expertise in SSRS (Paginated Reports) development.
Proven experience migrating Crystal Reports to SSRS.
Experience working in large enterprise or banking environments.

Nice To Have

Experience with Power BI Paginated Reports.
Knowledge of SSIS for ETL and data processing.
