GenAI Data Analyst – Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented GenAI Data Analyst to deliver impactful data solutions within our organization. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI technologies to drive insights and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end data analysis using SQL and Python, generating actionable insights and automating processes.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for performance tracking and business intelligence.
Build, finetune, benchmark, and evaluate GenAI/LLM models including RAG pipelines, establishing robust evaluation frameworks.
Design scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and implementing strong governance aligned with commercial and institutional requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions and AI capabilities that deliver measurable value.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data (text, logs, transaction data).
Knowledge of financial crime domains (AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, fraud).
Familiarity with AWS data & AI services (Azure OpenAI, Databricks preferred).
