Revenue Growth Manager – 12 Month FTC

We’re hiring a Revenue Growth Manager to join a global confectionery brand at an exciting time of growth. This is a key role within the RGM team, focused on driving sustainable, profitable performance and creating win–win outcomes for the business, retail partners, and shoppers.

The role

As Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and activating RGM strategy across key portfolios, working cross-functionally to deliver commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

Lead RGM strategy and activation across Boxed and Seasonal portfolios

Own pricing and range architecture by channel and customer

Develop promotional strategies and improve promotional effectiveness

Deliver diagnostic analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and white space

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams

Improve mix management and track delivery of initiatives

Build RGM capability across the wider commercial organisation

What we’re looking for

• Experience in RGM, FMCG/CPG, or strategic consulting

• Commercially sharp with a strategic, analytical mindset

• Advanced Excel skills, including pricing and promotional modelling

• Confident working with EPOS, shopper data, and P&L

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results

Package & location

Salary: £55k + strong benefits + bonus

London

Hybrid working: 60% office / 40% WFH
