Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead architecture and design for initiatives spanning CRM/SaaS modernization (Salesforce-focused), loan services automation, call centre transformation, and data modernization. The architect will define end-to-end solutions, oversee integrations with vendor and legacy systems, and guide delivery teams to ensure sustainable, compliant, and maintainable implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain architecture artifacts: current/future state, integration flows, solution options, and decision records
Define integration patterns and interface requirements, coordinate across internal teams and third-party vendors
Lead design reviews and technical governance; ensure adherence to standards, security, and maintainability
Support delivery execution: planning, dependency management, release readiness, and mitigation of cross-team technical risks
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technical requirements and architecture decisions
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and integrations, with 3+ years as solution architecture/design authority on complex programs
Experience designing solutions across CRM/SaaS platforms (Salesforce preferred), API integrations, third-party SaaS, and custom/on-prem systems
Strong collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to translate outcomes into technical requirements and delivery plans
Proven success guiding delivery teams through design reviews, implementation oversight, and release readiness
Project Focus Areas:
Loan Services Automation – Streamline the loan lifecycle from eligibility to servicer coordination, reducing manual processes
Call Center Transformation – Modernize processes and platform capabilities to improve response times, consistency, and omni-channel support
Data Modernization – Integrate and modernize veteran services data, replacing manual reporting with trusted, accessible, cross-domain data
Engagement Details:
4-month contract-to-hire engagement
Some on-site work for strategy and design sessions; remote work available for most tasks
Collaboration with ITS leadership, product owners, vendors, and technical delivery team
