Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Architect

Remote/Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Architect with strong expertise in Vlocity / OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have

Required Experience

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Developer
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio
6–12 months of experience with OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation components
OmniScript
DataRaptor
FlexCards
5+ years of experience with:
Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex
Visualforce
Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK)
Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Validation Rules, Roles & Profiles, Reports, Dashboards)
Proven experience building Salesforce Lightning applications and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong experience in data migration and designing new solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
Ability to troubleshoot, mentor, and guide teams on OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation solutions

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline
Salesforce Developer and/or Architect Certifications – Preferred
