Role Description

This is an internship role for a Senior LinkedIn Ads Specialist located on-site in Remote, OR. The specialist will manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, identify target audiences, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement and lead generation. The role involves leveraging LinkedIn Ads Manager to achieve marketing goals, conducting market research, A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and ad performance optimization
Proficiency in analyzing data, generating reports, and applying insights to improve campaign ROI
Experience in market research, A/B testing, and formulating ad strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, analytics, and tools related to paid social advertising
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in LinkedIn advertising is a plus
Familiarity with the AI software development industry is an advantage
