Overview of the Role:

Ukonnect Staffing is seeking a Business Analyst Associate to join our in-house team. This job supports internal business analysis, reporting, and efforts to improve operations within the company.

This job is well-suited to people with up to 2 years of experience who want to advance their careers in business analysis in a structured, professional setting.

Main Responsibilities:

Help internal teams by collecting and writing down business needs
Help with the examination of internal processes, workflows, and performance metrics
Make reports, summaries, and simple dashboards for management to review.
Help find ways to make operations more efficient and find areas for improvement
Keep clear records, such as requirements, reports, and comments on how things work.
Help senior team members with projects and tasks that include internal analysis
Ensure that company data is correct, consistent, and private.
Follow the company's best practices and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

0–2 years of experience as a business analyst, analyst associate, or something comparable (internships, graduate jobs, and academic projects are all okay)
A bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, IT, or a related discipline
Basic knowledge of business analysis ideas and paperwork
Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets in real life
Good at analyzing and solving problems
Ability to write and speak clearly
Ability to work alone in a place that is far away

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Using reporting or visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
A basic understanding of SQL or data analysis ideas
Experience with internal teams or initiatives that run the business

Who can apply:

This job does not come with visa sponsorship.

Pay Range:

£30,000 to £38,000 a year, depending on abilities and experience
