Salesforce Consultant (Certinia)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in-office)

Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their growing Salesforce practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, and playing a key role in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) implementations.

You’ll work on end-to-end project delivery, helping customers design, implement, and optimise Salesforce solutions that support complex finance and professional services workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and contributing to Certinia implementations, including configuration, customisation, and best-practice solution design
Working with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configuring Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Certinia modules (PSA, Accounting, or ERP, depending on project scope)
Supporting data migration, integrations, and system optimisation
Collaborating with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Providing guidance, documentation, and user training to drive adoption and long-term value

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience working as a Salesforce Consultant
Hands-on experience delivering Certinia / FinancialForce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality and configuration
Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience working in project-based or consulting environments
