Accountabilities
Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test scenarios for cloud-based applications.
Conduct API, functional, system, regression, acceptance, validation, load, and performance testing.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and support teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
Improve and maintain test processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
Contribute to team and company OKRs, supporting overall business objectives.
Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software issues.
Work under tight schedules while prioritizing tasks independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, ideally in a global SaaS environment.
Strong experience with Python programming and Playwright automation.
Solid understanding of API testing and software quality assurance practices.
Basic experience with Docker and cloud-based environments.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Ability to design comprehensive test scenarios and manage the full testing lifecycle.
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, adaptability, and collaborative spirit.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
