Junior Luxury Fashion Consultant (Entry Level) – CEO Office, Part-Time

Niche is a boutique luxury fashion consultancy working with leading global brands and luxury houses across strategy, supply chain, wholesale, marketing, growth and business development.

We are seeking an exceptional entry-level junior luxury fashion consultant to work closely with the CEO. The role sits at the centre of the firm’s client engagements and internal operations and offers rare exposure to senior decision-making, high-level client strategy and multi-functional business challenges within the luxury sector.

This is a demanding role within a premium professional environment. High standards of quality, discretion and delivery are expected.

Responsibilities

Support consulting engagements across strategy, supply chain, wholesale, marketing, growth and business development
Structure complex information into clear, executive-ready presentations
Prepare client presentations, internal strategy materials, proposals and analyses
Monitor timelines, milestones and delivery across multiple workstreams
Support resourcing coordination and project planning
Participate in selected client interactions with luxury brands and houses
Utilise AI tools for research, synthesis, structuring and presentation support to enhance quality and efficiency of delivery
Maintain strict standards of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail

Profile

Recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong academic or professional performance
Exceptional ability to synthesise information and structure thinking
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Demonstrated proficiency in AI prompting, research and tool usage to support analysis and delivery
Highly creative with the ability to pivot according to feedback and need
Highly organised, with strong time management and delivery discipline
Well versed in/commercially curious about the luxury and fashion sector
Discreet, reliable and comfortable operating in a senior, high-expectation environment
Detail-oriented with sound judgement and prioritisation skills
