Reporting to: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team at Elta Group, supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across several brands / businesses within the group. The role provides operational support across marketing functions such as digital, creative & communications, acting as a point of coordination for campaigns, deadlines and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events

Working closely with the Communications Executive to support the planning and delivery of events and exhibitions

Help update content and documentation across material such as websites

Coordinate internal requests for marketing assets or design updates

Manage stock levels & distribution of marketing merchandise, branded workwear and printed collateral

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role or marketing related qualification

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident managing dates, deadlines and multiple priorities

Profile

A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Willingness to learn and get involved in a wide range of marketing activities

A desire to work in an ever-growing and fast paced company across multiple brands
