We are supporting a growing, US based organization building production AI systems that directly impact core products and decision making. This role is hands on and focused on real world delivery, not research only work.

This is a full time, W 2 position. We will ask for Proof of Residency

What you will do

Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions used in live production environments
Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
Develop and maintain models, pipelines, and services across the full lifecycle
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making
Own outcomes and quality, not just tickets

What we are looking for

Strong experience building and deploying AI or ML solutions in production
Solid programming experience in Python and related frameworks
Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud environments
Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and tradeoffs
Comfortable working in fast moving, outcome focused teams

Eligibility requirements

Candidate must be currently located in the United States
Employment is W 2 only. No C2C or third party representation
The individual interviewing must be the individual performing the work
Video interview required as part of the screening process
