Qualifications / Who this is for

2-3+ years of experience
Worked in a "product" startup,
Experience building and owning 0 → 1 systems
Built (past tense) a product from 0 → 1 as a founder or early engineer
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Practical experience applying LLMs or AI agents in real systems (not just demos)
Strong intuition (if you think you have it, we want you!)

This role is not a good fit if you’re very early in your career.

Compensation:

Depending on the relevance and amount of your experience:

Salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $235,000 USD
Equity ranges from 0.1% to 1.5%.

If we move forward with an offer, you will have a choice between more cash or more equity.
