We’re Hiring: Technology Lead – Cardiff (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months | Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with a passion for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead system design and architecture discussions for enterprise-grade solutions

Build and guide microservices and event-driven applications on Microsoft Azure

Collaborate closely with Client Architects and Business stakeholders

Drive application modernization and portfolio rationalization initiatives

Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized solutions, and cloud-native best practices

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of technology experience, with 1–3 years in system design and cloud technologies

Proficiency in .NET Core, C# and Azure services (App Services, Functions, API Management, SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid)

Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Experience in Application Modernization and Application Portfolio Rationalization

Location: Cardiff – Hybrid (3 days in the office)
