We’re hiring at IAV Morocco (part of IAV Global)!

To support our growing activities in ADAS, Chassis & Vehicle Safety, we are looking for 2 experienced profiles to join our teams in Casablanca:

Functional Safety (FuSa) Expert – Mid to Senior

SOTIF Expert – Mid to Senior

Your mission (depending on role):

Drive end-to-end safety activities (ISO 26262 / ISO 21448 – SOTIF)
Develop and own key safety work products (HARA, FSC/TSC, safety concepts, analyses, safety cases, etc.)
Work on ADAS / Chassis systems with real technical impact
Collaborate with international teams and worldwide customers
Act as a technical reference and contribute to team upskilling

What we’re looking for:

Mid (2–5 years) or Senior (>5 years) experience in Functional Safety and/or SOTIF
Strong understanding of automotive safety processes and system-level thinking
Experience with ADAS / vehicle functions is a strong plus
English required | German is a plus
