Your role with us
As part of the logistics and sales administration team, you will play an active role in the smooth running of our operations. You will be at the heart of the action, liaising with numerous internal and external contacts in an international context.
Logistics support – Your main tasks:
Manage and update logistics schedules, taking into account supplier lead times, transit times, and customer needs;
Organize and monitor import flows from different countries (sea, road, and sometimes air transport, management of several Incoterms);
Manage different types of deliveries: direct/cross docking/stock in conjunction with suppliers/carriers/warehouses/sales team;
Participate in the management of external storage warehouses (tracking of goods movements) in the Southern Europe region (France, Italy, Spain);
Supervise and coordinate customs operations (checking and editing documents);
Respond to logistics complaints and participate in their resolution.
Administrative & ADV support
Occasional support for CSR teams (e.g., order entry)
- Participation in switchboard management
Your profile
Student in a DUT/BUT or Bachelor's degree program in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or marketing techniques.
Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, ERP, or willingness to learn quickly).
Fluency in English is essential: written and/or oral communication in an international context.
Organized, curious, and proactive

Ton rôle chez nous
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe logistique et ADV, tu participeras activement au bon fonctionnement de nos opérations. Tu seras au cœur de l’action, en lien avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes, dans un contexte international.
Renfort logistique – Tes missions principales :
Gérer et mettre à jour les plannings logistiques, en tenant compte des délais fournisseurs, des délais de transit et des besoins des clients ;
Organiser et suivre les flux d’importations depuis différents pays (transport maritime, routier et parfois aérien, gestions de plusieurs incoterms) ;
Gérer différents types de livraisons : directes / cross docking / sur stock en lien avec les fournisseurs / transporteurs / entrepôts / équipe commerciale ;
Participer à la gestion des entrepôts de stockage externes (suivi des mouvements de marchandises) sur la région Southern Europe (France, Italie, Espagne) ;
Superviser et coordonner des opérations douanières (Contrôle et édition de documents) ;
Répondre aux réclamations logistiques
