About The Opportunity
As a Sales Marketing Intern, you will join the Sales team for 6 months and work closely with cross-functional partners, including Marketing and Account Management. You will support client interactions, contribute to sales enablement initiatives, help identify new business opportunities, and assist with the operational management of campaigns using Salesforce. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the commercial side of the business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What will you do?
Sales & Business Support
Support the Sales team in their day-to-day activities, including client meetings, brief responses, and strategic input to support business objectives
Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to help identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Assist with the operational management of campaigns, including monitoring launches and performance using Salesforce
Work closely with the Account Management team on live campaigns (setups, optimizations, reporting, and follow-ups)
Client Relationship Building & Engagement
Support client engagement initiatives by helping organize informal, relationship-building activities with agencies and advertisers
Contribute to initiatives designed to strengthen relationships, support client retention, and identify upsell opportunities
Assist with coordination, logistics, invitations, and follow-ups related to client engagement activities
Swag, Goodies & Brand Touchpoints
Support the selection, sourcing, and distribution of branded swag and goodies used across sales meetings, events, and client touchpoints
Help ensure swag and branded materials reinforce Teads’ brand positioning and visibility across client interactions
Assist with stock management, timelines, and internal requests in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
Client-Facing Events Support
Support the organization of owned client events (for advertisers and agencies) focused on product updates, positioning, and commercial opportunities
Assist with smaller-format events (such as dinners, breakfasts, and soirées) designed to foster long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Studio, and Operations) to support smooth execution before, during, and after events
What will you bring to the team?
Your skills and experiences:
Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent program, with a major in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
Strong interest in sales enablement, marketing activation, and client experience
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interest in the Adtech / Digital Media ecosystem
Bonus points:
First experience (internship, student job, association, or academic project) in sales, marketing, events, or brand activation
Sensitivity to branding, design, or merchandise selection
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus
