About the Role

As a Graduate Software Developer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on diverse and dynamic development projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle — designing, coding, testing, documenting, and supporting solutions that meet real-world client needs.
This role is perfect for a graduate who loves problem-solving, enjoys learning new technologies, and wants to build a strong foundation in modern software engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing effective, scalable solutions
Stay current with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies
Write clean, well-structured code with clear documentation
Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes
Participate in code reviews, testing processes, and quality checks

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2.1 + STEM Russel Group University
Strong programming ability in one or more languages (e.g., C#, Python, C++, JavaScript)
Understanding of software development concepts, methodologies, and best practices
Curious, proactive, and keen to expand your technical skill set
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
