Job Responsibilities

Supporting the design and methodology of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey (questionnaire structure, segmentation, benchmarks)
Coordinating inputs from Maisons and Divisions to ensure the survey addresses Maisons needs
Informing Maisons HR leads on participation to lead participation up
Answering the Talents questions regarding the survey
Contributing to the communication and change management plan, ensuring clarity and impact across 75 Maisons
Researching external practices in employee listening and engagement to inspire innovative approaches
Helping animate our HR Listening Community, sharing updates and engaging stakeholders in the preparation journey

Profile

You are preparing a Master degree in a business school, university or equivalent. You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects (external or internal consultancy) - ideally in an international environment. You have a keen interest in issues relating to the development of corporate culture (i.e. leadership and management, flexible working, feedback culture, talent development, etc.) and enjoy working in project mode. Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
