Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Brussels/Belgium (Hybrid/2 days on-site)

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to work on internal tooling at very large scale.

You will be part of a small team owning a platform and framework used across the organization. The focus of the role is building reusable, standardized solutions that support more than 1000 projects globally.

What you will do

Build and maintain internal developer tooling
Design, build, and own frameworks and templates
Standardize different technologies through reusable solutions
Act as a platform expert and administrator at global scale
Handle the full lifecycle: build, release, and deploy
Provide platform governance and ensure standardization
Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation
Support internal teams using the platform

Technical background

Strong experience with Azure DevOps (core platform)
NET / C# experience
.NET 8 minimum
C#
Experience working with REST APIs
Comfortable with infrastructure concepts (not an infrastructure-focused role)
Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Team setup

Small, autonomous team
Broad platform knowledge expected
Deeper specialization in at least one area
High ownership and responsibility
