Job Specifications

Join a fast-moving Crypto trading firm as their Head of Infrastructure.

They're looking for a hands-on Lead to own their Azure estate while line-managing a small team (currently 3-4 engineers in the UK and UAE). The role is genuinely 50/50 hands-on vs leadership

You'll need to have prior experience working in a trading or mission critical environment.

There’s some on-prem Windows and office networking, but it’s largely cloud-first.

You’ll work in a lean and growing environment (less than 200 users globally), supporting high-profile stakeholders, including Traders.

Tech-wise, recent hands on experience with Powershell, Intune, M365, EntraID, Palo Alto/Meraki, and some exposure to AWS would be a plus.
