International Procurement Specialist – 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
London (Hybrid)
£375 per day (Inside IR35)

I’m currently working with a global technology business that designs and builds digital products used by millions worldwide, and they’re looking to engage an experienced International Procurement Specialist to support their international operations on a long-term contract.
This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end procurement execution, enjoys working autonomously, and is confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Services, and Technology in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
As the International Procurement Specialist, you’ll own purchase requisitions and contract workflows from initial intake through to contract execution, supplier setup, and readiness to transact. The focus is firmly on execution excellence, stakeholder partnership, and operational rigour.
You’ll be trusted to manage multiple concurrent requests independently, proactively identify issues, and ensure a consistently high-quality procurement experience for international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary procurement contact for international stakeholders
Own purchase requisitions and contract execution end to end
Manage multiple live requisitions and contracts simultaneously
Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Supplier Management, and business teams
Coordinate drafting, review, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved commercial terms
Manage approval workflows, signatures, and documentation with strong attention to detail
Execute and track activity within ERP and Source-to-Pay systems
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest practical process improvements
Experience Required
7–10 years’ experience in procurement operations, contract management, or sourcing execution
Strong hands-on experience with ERP / Source-to-Pay systems
Proven ability to work independently and manage high volumes of work
Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on contract execution
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Desirable
Experience supporting Marketing, Professional Services, or Technology categories
Familiarity with procurement best practices and vendor management
Consulting or internal advisory background
