The Business Project Analyst II plays a key role in advancing complex, compliance‑driven initiatives across overlapping project timelines. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of a multi‑layered roadmap by partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and executed with accuracy. This position expands the team’s capacity for higher‑complexity work, complementing existing Associate‑level Analysts and providing bandwidth for initiatives that require stronger analytical judgment, minimal oversight, and the ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving requirements. The Business Analyst II demonstrates independence and critical thinking proactively identifying risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and helping drive projects to completion in a fast‑paced environment.
