The Goal
To design high-impact, visually compelling presentations and communication materials that position the OpenBet brand, products and services as leaders in sports betting and gaming entertainment. This role focuses on design excellence, brand consistency and storytelling across multiple channels, supported by AI-enabled workflows to enhance quality, efficiency and scalability.
What you will be doing:
You will design and deliver a wide range of branded materials, including:
Product and technology presentations
RFIs, proposals, and corporate documents
Marketing and sales enablement assets
Event materials, print collateral and internal communications
Motion-enhanced assets such as short videos and animations to elevate presentations and digital collateral
Key responsibilities include:
Translating complex product and technology concepts into clear, engaging and visually strong presentations
Applying strong art direction, layout and hierarchy to create polished, audience-focused design across presentation, print and digital formats
Evolving and applying the OpenBet brand consistently across multiple channels, ensuring materials feel current, cohesive and premium
Owning projects from initial concept through to final delivery, managing feedback and revisions while maintaining high design standards
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales and leadership to bring ideas to life
Designing with interaction and user experience in mind, particularly within PowerPoint and presentation-led storytelling
Using motion, animation and visual storytelling techniques to enhance clarity, engagement and impact
Managing, storing and maintaining presentation and design assets within a shared digital repository, ensuring materials are well organised, up to date and easy to reuse
AI and technology expectations
The use of AI is a desired requirement of this role. You will be expected to:
Confidently use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support content structuring, ideation and presentation development
Leverage AI to improve efficiency, consistency and quality across design and presentation workflows
Explore and introduce AI-driven tools and processes that enhance storytelling, design execution and productivity
Apply sound judgement to ensure all AI-assisted outputs meet OpenBet’s brand, accuracy and compliance standards
The Player
What you will bring:
Strong design credentials with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentations, brand collateral and visual storytelling
Proven experience evolving and applying corporate brands across presentations, print and digital channels
An exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to simplify complex information through strong visual design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
High-level expertise in PowerPoint, with a strong focus on layout, animation and narrative flow
Experience using motion, animation, video or GIFs to enhance presentations and communication materials
Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing assets and keeping collateral structured and current within a digital repository
Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business and client needs
Must haves:
Proven experience designing presentations and branded materials for technology or product-led organisations
Demonstrable strength in art direction, layout, hierarchy and visual clarity
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality
Experience embedding AI into design and presentation workflows to improve consistency and efficiency
A structured, organised approach to managing, updating and reusing design collateral
