Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our analytics efforts in optimizing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the insurance and financial services sectors.

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite at the company's Hudson Yards office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide actionable insights and analysis for marketing initiatives across multiple channels, recommending ways to leverage past success to apply to future programs and campaigns
Review existing reports and dashboards, and create new ones as needed that demonstrate our marketing and brand effectiveness
Provide full funnel insights for lead generation, nurture campaigns, and member engagement
Provide insights on sales enablement capabilities
Ensure that website features and events are appropriately tracked within digital tracking tools troubleshoot with tech and data teams when necessary
Share ongoing trends, distill information, and provide creative insights that can be leveraged for content
Define KPI benchmarks to determine the success of campaigns
Present data to key stakeholders across multiple teams
Coordinate production of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards with the offshore team

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing campaign analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
Experience within insurance or other financial service-marketing industries that use digital content and marketing channels to drive engagement and demand.
Proficiency in website analytics and conversion rate optimization
Experience working with a distributed team in a matrix organization or agency experience
Knowledge of using Excel for large data sets & understanding of web analytics KPIs.
Flexible and creative problem solver able to tackle complex issues while collaborating across multiple teams and maintaining an optimistic attitude
Experience with lead and demand generation marketing campaigns
Strong analytic skills and ability to make sound decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on consistently exceeding expectations.
