Vice President of Operations

Columbus, Ohio | On-site

This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance role.

We’re looking for a high-potential operator who has moved faster than their peers, has been close to the work, and is ready for broader ownership. Someone who’s earned increasing responsibility quickly and wants a seat at the table while the company is still being shaped.

This role sits at the center of execution and growth.

What You’ll Own

Full accountability for day-to-day operations across multiple facilities
Translating strategy into simple, repeatable operating systems
Direct leadership of Plant Managers and core functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and Customer Service
Establishing metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability that drive real outcomes
Identifying breakdowns early and fixing them personally before delegating at scale

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be close to the plant, the people, and the decisions.

What We’re Looking For

A proven operator who has taken on increasing scope quickly
Experience leading operations in a small to mid-sized environment where you had to build, not inherit
Direct, day-to-day experience working with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
Clear evidence that things improved because you were involved
Comfort stepping into ambiguity and creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist

You don’t need decades of experience. You do need judgment, drive, and the ability to execute under pressure

A strong academic foundation is important. Candidates who took on challenging environments early and progressed rapidly will stand out.
