Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript)

3-Month Contract | £350 per day | Fully Remote

We’re working with a leading digital marketing agency delivering high-performance digital platforms for global brands. They’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join on an initial 3-month contract, supporting a major project build with immediate impact.

This is hands-on, senior-level delivery. You’ll be expected to lead by example, build clean scalable code, and work closely with design, backend and CMS teams to ship production-ready solutions at pace.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building modern, performant frontend applications using React and TypeScript, integrating with a headless CMS environment. A big part of the work will involve structured content modelling and ensuring CMS-driven components are scalable, reusable and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Architect and implement component libraries and reusable UI patterns
Work closely with UX/UI and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
Lead on content modelling within a headless CMS environment
Integrate frontend builds with CMS platforms (Contentful experience highly desirable)
Ensure performance optimisation, accessibility and clean code standards
Contribute to technical decisions and best practice across the project

Experience Required

Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
Proven experience building production-level frontend applications
Experience working with headless CMS platforms
Strong understanding of content modelling principles
Experience with Contentful is highly desirable
Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
Able to work autonomously in a fully remote setup

Contract Details

Initial 3-month contract
£350 per day
Fully remote
Immediate start preferred
