Duration: 12 Months + Extensions
Location: Midtown Manhattan or Englewood Cliffs, NJ (3x a week)
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years as Product Manager/Product Owner launching and scaling enterprise digital products
Strong Agile methodology experience: backlog management, feature prioritization, and translating complex business requirements into clear, technical user stories
Cross‑functional influence in a matrixed organization
Experience with defining, tracking, product adoption, system utilization, and business value
Comfortable with enterprise systems/SaaS
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Products that integrate with physical assets/IoT (room sensors, wayfinding hardware, smart building tech).
Global rollout experience (technical, regulatory, cultural nuances).
Certs/training (CSPO, Product School).
Curious “test & learn” mindset around new technology
Job Description
The Workplace Product Manager of Employee Experience & Office Services serves as a strategic product owner responsible for driving the digital transformation of the Client's global physical workplaces by managing enterprise‑level products that enhance collaboration, streamline office operations, and improve the daily experience for employees across 25+ offices. Day‑to‑day, this role leads the full product lifecycle—from conducting user research and discovery to defining roadmaps, refining backlogs, writing technical user stories, and guiding feature delivery within an agile environment—while acting as the central bridge between Workplace Engineering, Global Facilities, and Enterprise IT Operations. The ultimate goal is to optimize space utilization, increase system adoption, advance smart‑building capabilities, and deliver innovative, data‑driven workplace technologies that directly support company culture, operational efficiency, and seamless employee experiences
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $54hr to $63hr
