Primary Skills

Engagement Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration
10 years of experience in Business Analysis with at least 5 years in Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of SFDC data structures data modeling data migrations using Data Loader and API driven data exchanges
Strong functional expertise across Salesforce Clouds deep experience in business analysis and hands on involvement in data migration and API driven solutioning especially around SFMC REST SOAP APIs

Good to Have

Experience in business analysis and API driven data exchanges across Salesforce and related platforms
Hands on exposure to SFMC triggered sends data syncs and external integrations
Familiarity with cross cloud Salesforce implementations and dependency mapping

Soft Skills

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong clientfacing skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams during onsite delivery
Strong problem solving and decision-making capability
