Title: Senior Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid 2-3- days)
Duration: 6-12+ months
Roles & Responsibilities
8+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with significant experience delivering Salesforce-based initiatives.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including integrations and platform enhancements projects.
Proven success leading large-scale, high-intensity projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing Agile delivery teams.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and complex timelines across multiple workstreams.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Must Have
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, from project initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Own project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data-related initiatives.
Apply Agile methodologies to drive execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution across technical and business workstreams.
Deliver clear, concise executive-level communications, including status reports, budget updates, roadmap reviews, and risk assessments.
Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices, optimizing delivery processes, and improving execution velocity in a fast-moving environment.
Additional Plus
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.
