Job Specifications

Experience: Typically requires 10+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, with at least 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or data-heavy sectors
AI/ML Literacy: Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, LLMOps, vector databases (RAG), and model evaluation frameworks.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Python or SQL for querying production logs, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) or observability tools like Arize AI or Gainsight.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to manage executive-level relationships and facilitate "whiteboarding" sessions to map AI capabilities to business outcomes.
