Our client, a leading organization in the cybersecurity and technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the Cybersecurity group supporting the Technology Exposure Management Engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer
What's the Job?
Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to support cybersecurity initiatives.
Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts to automate and improve security processes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance, risk management, and effective deployment of solutions.
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow application development and implementation.
5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture and consulting clients on such topics.
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response modules.
Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and ES5+.
Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer.
