Join a high-growth, venture-backed start-up redefining how insurance claims are handled at scale.

A fast-scaling London & based company from the cohort of Y Combinator (S24), building AI-native infrastructure for insurers. Backed by leading European and US investors, they are building the operating system for modern claims, replacing legacy administrators with intelligent, end to end software.

This is not incremental product work. This is foundational infrastructure for one of the worlds largest markets.

Why This Is Different

Insurance exists for people at their most vulnerable. Yet claims handling is still slow, manual, and opaque.

Embedding AI directly into live insurer workflows, not building demos, not experimenting in labs but deploying production systems used in real world claims decisions today.

You’ll work directly with experienced second-time founders:

A CEO with deep domain expertise in insurance economics and prior founder success.
A CTO who has built regulated production systems at scale.

The Role

As a Product Engineer, you will:

Own full-stack systems end-to-end (architecture → deployment → iteration).
Build and scale core claims infrastructure used by insurers.
Work directly with operations and insurance specialists to translate complex workflows into reliable software.
Ship quickly in ambiguous, high-velocity conditions.

Stack: TypeScript (Next.js, Node.js), GCP, Postgres, Terraform.

Who You Are

We’re looking for engineers who:

Have a strong technical degree and/or experience at high-calibre technology companies.
Are deeply fluent in modern TypeScript and understand production behaviour.
Think in systems, not tickets.
Have high personal velocity and default to ownership.
Want startup intensity.
Care about building infrastructure that matters.
