Job Description
We are looking for an Invoicing Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid in Hershey, PA.
What You'll Do
Manage telecom and network invoice actions
Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
Maintain accurate asset record keeping
Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested
What You'll Need
Required:
4-5+ years of relevant experience in A/P workflows and invoicing systems
ServiceNow software and hardware asset management
Understanding of procurement activities
Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
SAP Ariba
IS-related industry experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
