This role is for a high-energy, results-driven business development professional with 3–4+ years
of proven hunting experience, ideally in consumer electronics, technology, or adjacent
industries. You live for opening doors, breaking into new accounts, and building momentum
from nothing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Hunt aggressively for new accounts and new opportunities
Break into untapped retailers and B2B customers across Canada
Own outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, AI-driven outreach
Grow existing accounts by uncovering new categories, programs, and solutions
Clearly articulate the Cesium value proposition and why partners win with us
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Work closely with internal account managers to scale and expand accounts
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently move deals forward
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3-4+ years of business development & sales experience
Proven success as a hunter opening new accounts and driving net-new revenue
Experience in consumer electronics, technology, or related sectors preferred
Strong communicator with confidence on the phone and in-person meetings
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable being held to high expectations
Well-versed in modern technology trends and sales tools
Familiar with common AI tools (prospecting, research, productivity, outreach)
Comfortable using Google, Microsoft, CRM systems, and modern sales platforms
In an entrepreneurial mindset, you take ownership and figure things out
