Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany?
As An Application Support Agent Junior, You Will
Receive and log user requests, incidents, and questions via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
Provide technical support by investigating issues and identifying appropriate solutions.
Keep end users informed about the status and progress of their requests.
Participate in meetings with Commission staff, including coaching and training activities.
Contribute to the improvement of documentation and user manuals to support training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
First successful experience in user support.
ITIL Foundation certification is considered an asset.
Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of any other European language would be considered as advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes, combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proactive and reactive approach to problem-solving, with strong stress resilience.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing at different levels.
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
