Enterprise Applications Operations Manager
Enterprise Applications Operations Manager to join the Enterprise Technology team at a pivotal stage of growth. This role is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale enterprise software and operational processes from the ground up. The Operations Manager will codify emerging software development and operational standards, strengthen enterprise application operations, and drive long-term scalability across Platform, BASIS, and Integration environments. The ideal candidate will establish governance, improve system reliability, and embed modern, scalable processes that enable sustainable growth within a large-scale global media environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Platform, BASIS, and Integration teams
Manage contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships, including SLA oversight
Develop and maintain environment management standards, including release controls, patching, transport processes, and security updates
Oversee system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and coordinated incident response
Establish and implement scalable operational processes and workflows to support evolving business needs
Partner with TPMs and PMO to align operational activities with project timelines and organizational priorities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, tooling enhancements, and modernization efforts
Support readiness and post-launch stabilization efforts
Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal governance controls
Own and maintain operational documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
Track and report on operational KPIs, technical debt, and performance metrics
Provide executive-level operational reporting and insights
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations
Experience supporting SAP or ERP environments preferred
Strong understanding of infrastructure, integration, and platform operations
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex technical programs
Experience operating in transformation environments with evolving priorities
Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and visualization tools
Preferred (Optional):
Experience leading ERP modernization initiatives
Experience implementing automation and process optimization frameworks
Advanced knowledge of enterprise governance models

Additional details
The base salary range for this contract position is $115,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
