Position Details- W2-CONTRACT ROLE

Role: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 6+Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

Provide budget reporting and advise on optimal use of funds for hiring and retention.
Assist in creating and implementing business operations strategies.
Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track performance and efficiency.
Update and draft job descriptions to ensure proper classification and alignment with operational needs.
Collaborate with leadership (CDO, Deputy CDO, Directors) to test and implement new systems and procedures.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership with findings and recommendations.
Provide project coordination and communications support for high-priority initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client statutes regarding data confidentiality and privacy.

#SKILL MATRIX:

Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in business administration, operations and management, project management, or another related field
Direct applicable experience in business operations analysis or project management
Understanding of business operations and procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment
Budget management experience
DevOps experience
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with multiple and fluid demands
